The Path to Mindfulness Living

This is a six week course (one session a week for six weeks) that will provide those attending with a greater insight into how using Mindfulness techniques can enhance our everyday quality of living.

The techniques and processes that are taught will assist you to become more focused and sharpen your ability to live in the present moment rather than allowing your mind to drift into thoughts of past negative experiences or future worries.

You will learn how Mindfulness can help you to address negative thoughts and live your life in a positive and fulfilling way.  

To assist you with your Mindfulness abilities a number of Mindfulness Meditation methods are included in the programme.

Some are put off by the concept of meditation.  

They believe it involves sitting in difficult poses and chanting mantras.  

With mindfulness meditation this is not the case.

Mindfulness meditation does not involve chanting or sitting in particular positions.  It is a simple, yet highly effective way to become clearer and more focused on living in harmony with life and being in the here and now.
