ABOUT THE COURSE:
This four session course will provide those attending with an introduction into how using Mindfulness techniques can enhance our everyday quality of living.
The techniques and processes that are taught will assist you to become more focused and live in the present moment rather than allowing your mind to drift into thoughts of past negative experiences or future worries.
You will learn how Mindfulness can help you to address negative thoughts and behaviour enabling you to live your life in a positive and fulfilling way.
An introduction to Mindfulness meditation is included in the programme. Some are put off by the concept of meditation. They believe that it involves sitting in difficult poses and chanting mantras. With Mindfulness meditation this is not the case. Mindfulness meditation is a simple yet highly effective way to become clearer and more focused on living in harmony with life and being aware in the here and now.
You can use Mindfulness meditation to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, to become more effective in managing a range of life issues, or simply to relax and clear your mind.
