A Mindful Life will provide you with insight into the benefits of Mindfulness and teach you Mindfulness practices that you can apply to your daily living.

The course is equally suitable for those who have little or no prior knowledge of Mindfulness practice and those who already  practice Mindfulness who wish to join in the group meditation sessions.

What will be covered on the course?

An Introduction to Mindfulness and the benefits of adopting a practice of Mindfulness Meditation.  Different aspects of meditation and meditation practices.  

How these processes enhance every day living and be in harmony with life – whatever life brings.  

Mindfulness meditation is a simple yet highly effective way to become clearer and more focused on living in harmony with life and being aware in the here and now.
